Individual sessions are great for adults, kids or animals and each session can be done via distance or in person.
::For distance Reiki sessions a picture would be helpful to send. You can choose whatever time and date works best for you. When it’s time for your session, find a quiet place to sit or lay quietly. After the session is complete, take your time bringing yourself back to your day and be sure to drink lots of water. I do not advise scheduling your session for a time when you may be driving or doing anything that needs your full attention. These sessions will bring rest and quiet to your mind and body.
:: in person treatments are available in my home studio. Monday – Friday 10:00am – 2:00pm, Saturday 10:00am – 8:00pm, Sunday by appointment.
*travel costs are extra if in person at your location.
I have to say, I am a crappy sleeper. I have been for the past 4 years. Last night I slept an entire 5 hours (rare for me) – so I have to thank you for that !
