This isn’t my typical post .. I’m usually offering you some help and insight into your business – this time, I need you so please be sure to read to the bottom.

Have you noticed that I’ve been MIA for the past month?  I’ve got some behind-the-scenes sneak peeks as to why.

For the past 7 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some amazing clients.  My dance card has almost always been full which meant that I’ve always relied on my clients business doing well in order to earn a profit.

A few years back, after taking a gig with a growing business, I decided to close my doors to new clients and put all the products I wanted to create for you on the back burner.  Then this year, you saw me pick up momentum – building a new site, creating some new free content, and pushing out a few products that I had been sitting on.  It was the universe giving me a kick in the ass.

A few months later, during a routine meeting with my main client, we made the decision to part ways in the fall.  Her business was growing rapidly and I couldn’t fill the traditional 9-5 role the company needed.

When our call ended, I sat in my kitchen and cried.  A lot.  I loved this gal, the team and the work that I was doing with them.  This routine was all I had known for the past 3 years.  And my income was about to drop about 95%.

This single parent mama was being faced for the first time in 5 years with not knowing how to feed my kiddo or keep a roof over our heads.  I cried some more.  I called on my best friend and cried more.

starting over

This pattern went on for the rest of the week.  Work.  Worry.  Cry.  Plan.  I spent the weekend sleeping at my friends house to keep my mind off of the situation.

Monday rolled around and I was sick of feeling sorry for myself and worrying about what would happen.  I looked at this as a blessing.  I’m now in a position to serve my audience full time.  I can create the things that mean the most to me.

I can help more people get their businesses up and running successfully.

I can help network marketers take that first month thrilling high and direct it at the right things to actually give them a real sustainable business.

It means having more freedom and money to do more exciting things with my son.

After all, I’ve been here before.  I’ve rolled with the punches in the worst of times.  More importantly, I knew how to get out of the trenches.

I’m re-opening my client list for the first time in 3 years.  (this one scares me because the last time I had opened my schedule, I was overrun with people wanting to work together).  The space is incredibly limited but if working together tickles your fancy, let’s go.  We’ll schedule a call and see if it’s a fit.

I’ve started planning out the topics for blog posts, products and memberships that you have been asking for.

Next week, I’m back to my regular blog posts for you.  Tons of actionable content that you can put to use in your business right away including next week’s blog post about how to gain fans on Facebook FAST without going crazy or paying an arm and a leg.  There’s going to be some free and paid options in there (but at .20 cents a pop, you’re going to love paying that bill.)

Thanks, darling for filling out that survey for me.  Laser focus is what is needed now and you’re contributing to that!  I read every email and survey response that comes in – and I can’t wait to hear from you.
